Booking & rental agreement for guests of My Lanza.com
These terms and conditions (the "Booking Agreement") apply between the owners & staff of My-Lanza and you as a guest at our property booked through one of My-Lanza's websites or booking platforms
A direct / indirect online booking is referred to as a "Booking" in the following Booking Agreement. Terms such as "you" or "your" refer to the person as well as the fellow travelers who make the booking of one of our accommodations, respectively stay with in the accommodations offered by us.
The booking made by you via the platform or at the www.My-Lanza.com website is the subject of the booking contract, provided that your booking has been confirmed by My-Lanza. Address and terms of business of the payment service providers of the respective booking platforms and My-Lanza can be viewed separately in their imprint.
With your booking, you acknowledge the terms and conditions and accept them without reservation.
You can book and pay for the accommodations of My- Lanza on the booking platforms OR you can book and pay directly at www.My-Lanza.com. With their booking, the booking contract comes into force and the booking can therefore be canceled with costs. Full payment for the vacation apartment / vacation home as well as the booking fee to the respective booking platforms is to be paid after the booking to the account of the booking platforms.

No booking fee must be paid, the rental cost of the accommodation must be paid within five working days to the account:

Deposit & Quality:
You should carefully review the details of the offer or booking request form before making a booking, as you will be required to pay the appropriate deposit as well as cleaning fee after booking. Deposits must be paid before moving into My-Lanza vacation rentals and houses. Failure to provide the deposit is equivalent to a cancellation under contract law and will be charged 100% to the guest as a "NO Show". A deposit is required because we attach great importance to the fact that the accommodation is left to you in the highest possible quality from the previous tenant. Therefore we have clear guidelines with the careful handling of our apartments and their high quality equipment and items. Please be careful with the for you lovingly furnished vacation accommodations of My- Lanza, the following guest should have the same satisfying cozy experience as you. Please inform us immediately after moving into the accommodation of any missing items or defects, I am close to you and will fix them within 24 hours.
If you fail to make full and timely payment to us or the respective booking platforms of the contractually due full an- balance deposit payment, the contracting parties of the platforms as well as we are entitled to consider your booking as cancelled by you and to retain or claim 100% of the resulting cancellation fee (no show). If you cancel or change your booking, please email us at Booking@My-Lanza.com as soon as possible. The link to your booking page in the confirmation email will also allow you to make a cancellation through the website. Cancellation or change will not be effective until we receive confirmation from you. Any different cancellation terms from booking platforms will not be accepted. Should you need to cancel your vacation with My- Lanza, we will waive between 20% and 50% of the cancelled booking for a future equivalent booking rate. Cancellation will also take effect if any balance due from you is not paid within the cancellation policy set out here or you have not arrived at the property within 24 hours of your booked arrival time. In the conditions stated here, we are entitled to treat your booking as cancelled by you according to our cancellation policy.
